As your co-host, we provide direct, hands-on management for both guests and vendors—so your property is never operating on autopilot.

We handle guest communication, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground oversight to protect your investment and support stronger bookings.

From maintenance support to listing strategy, we ensure your home is cared for with professionalism, consistency, and proactive attention year-round.

If a guest gets locked out, has trouble with the keypad, or needs help with something inside the home (TV input, WiFi setup, etc.), we handle it quickly and professionally.

For full-service management clients, routine guest assistance and on-site support are included as part of our co-hosting services.

For properties outside of full management, service calls are available as needed:

• Standard Call (Daytime): $125
   
• After-Hours Emergency Call: $200+

Need items picked up, delivered, or stocked at your property? We can handle it.

For full-service co-hosting clients, light errand support is included when needed as part of ongoing property care.

For properties outside of management, errand services are available by request:

• $75 Minimum Visit Fee (up to 1 hour)
   
• Additional time billed at $50/hour
   
• Owner is responsible for any purchased items or store receipts
   

All trips are scheduled based on availability.

Purchased new decor or furniture for your property? We offer professional staging to ensure everything is arranged beautifully and guest-ready. Pricing varies by scope.

For bigger projects - 

For non-management clients:

✅ $75 per room minimum

Or:

✅ $250 half-day staging visit
✅ $400 full property refresh

Need supplies shipped to your rental? We can coordinate delivery and place items inside the home.

• Small delivery drop-off: $65
   
• Multiple packages or standard visit: $95
   
• Large/freight deliveries: $150+
   

Package receiving is included for full-service co-hosting clients. 

Not ready for full-service co-hosting? Our Pay-As-Needed plan offers booking support and basic oversight while allowing owners to stay hands-on. 

Additional services can be added anytime as needed.
